A XOLOTH - Fake (Official Lyric video)
This project is a lyric video/visualizer to “Fake” song from A XOLOTH band's debut EP album “Thyself”. This video is a part of one large lyric video series project (4 of 6)
The video was created by using Adobe After Effects
Lyric video was created primarily for YouTube in 4K resolution. Also created additional attributes (thumbnails and covers) and video adaptations for social media improved distribution (Such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and so on)
All videos are different but have the same or similar features such as fonts, word motion design, and abstract, contrast visual style.
In "Fake" the Lyric video used different fonts, to mark the word emotional color.
The video thumbnail (for YouTube) and an audiotrack cover (mostly for Instagram announcements) were created for better distribution on social media. Also, the video was adapted for vertical format.
The album presentation lasted for 10 days. Each Lyric Video was posted on YouTube one by one. At the same time, the announcement with a song cover art was posted on Instagram and other social media. The next day after the song placement, Shorts and Reels were posted everywhere, to reach the audience more efficiently.

About A XOLOTH band:
A XOLOTH is post-industrial / groove metal band from Latvia; founded in 2023 and debuted in December of the same year. Hard synths, heavy groove, harsh female vocals, and some Aztec aesthetic.
